All bets placed on ph24 are final once confirmed by the player. ph24 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the odds, selections, and stake amount and that you accept the outcome.

All content on the ph24 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ph24 or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph24 content without prior written permission.
Use of ph24 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the ph24 platform.
ph24 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest heavily in platform reliability and uptime, ph24 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
ph24's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
ph24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from gaming outcomes or platform issues.

Upon account closure for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds tied to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after verification.
Players who wish to close their own ph24 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests that have already been approved.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If you disagree with any revised Terms, you are entitled to close your ph24 account and withdraw your available balance before the new Terms come into effect. Continuing to use ph24 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
